WARRANTY

Gears and Barrels offers a limited warranty on all of our holsters. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Our company will (1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (2) exchange the product with a functionally equivalent new or refurbished product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product.

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the defect. Our company will then provide instructions on how to proceed with the claim.

This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

  • misuse or abuse of the product
  • use of the product for a purpose for which it was not intended
  • unauthorized modification or alteration of the product
  • normal wear and tear

Our company reserves the right to determine whether a product is defective and covered under this warranty.

This limited warranty is in addition to any legal rights the customer may have under applicable national laws in relation to the products.

To be eligible for a return, the holster must be in new and unused condition, and must be returned in the original packaging with all the included accessories. Customized or specially ordered items are not eligible for return or refund.

Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the item, and the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
